After purchase and preparation of product shipping will take about 3-7 business days domestically in the US and about 10 business days internationally.

Returns are available to customers and will only be issued after initially inspecting the item according to our guidelines.

To initiate a return customers must first email us at contact@fambrand.org, upon which we will then send the address for the return of items while showing proof of purchase. Upon passing review of product(s) and receipt (for proof of purchase) a refund will then be issued to the original method of payment.
